Stress

Stress can affect us in many ways whether that is psychologically or physically and the symptom range is so vast that many of the other related issues that we have already listed can be incorporated into this section.

On average a person will say that they’re fine 14 times a week but only  19% of people actually mean it. What causes stress can be many things depending upon your circumstances.

Most people are unaware of how to determine what is causing their feelings of stress but we can help you to identify why. We can work at changing it so that you begin to live more resourcefully.

If you can ask yourself “Do i want to feel this way? behave this way? or have these thoughts?” and the answer is no,then understand that it isn’t you. The emotional part of your brain has just hijacked you into thinking and feeling this way but it is definitely possible to change it and with hypnotherapy change can happen very rapidly.

So what are some symptoms of stress?

-Low energy.

-Headaches.

-Upset stomach, including diarrhoea, constipation, and nausea.

-Aches, pains, and tense muscles.

-Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.

-Insomnia.

-Frequent colds and infections.

-Loss of sexual desire and/or ability.
