Our Strive Online Community - Strive with Sanamente - helps you develop your personal resources and understand the emotions that make you react the way you do to situations and crisis.
We will guide you through the ten keys of happiness with a variety of learning resources and activities that you can plan day-to-day. Our Strive approach is flexible non-intrusive and you can do at your own pace
No counsellors, no intrusive meetings you take control of your life and the way you live it.
The Strive Community is built on a framework called The 10 Keys of Happiness.
The Ten Keys to Happier Living framework was jointly developed by Vanessa King and the Action for Happiness team in 2010, based on an extensive review of the latest research evidence relating to psychological/mental wellbeing.

What Do You Get?
Practical applicable content that gives you the power to understand and control your own mind. Helps you to deal with emotions, challenges, relationships and work in a way that is right for you, that works with your mind and allows you to be the best you can be.
If you listen to our content, read the resources and try the activities you will notice small changes in your life for the better. We will practise these, build on them and work on other areas of your life that are impacting each other.
There are a lot of resources to get through but don’t worry we won't leave you high and dry, once you have returned a wellness assessment we will give you direction on which areas to focus on that are relevant to you right now. You will find audio, video and downloadable PDFs along with interactive activity sheets and tools to track your progress.
Rest, Reset, Refocus - Groups & Events*
Live Guided Relaxation session. Camera on, camera off, you decide. As long as you are comfortable, in a place away from distraction and listening in. Drift away from the world to our soothing guided relaxation and come away feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged.

Join us on our step around the world in a 12 months challenge!
Our Strive community are currently on a walk around the world - no not actually but we are going to walk the equivalent of walking around the world, just right here within our own communities.
You can join individually or as a team and all you need to do is calculate your weekly steps (either a smartphone, Iphone or Fitbit).
Each week, submit your total steps on the Steps Challenge page and our Strive team will record them and release fortnightly updates.
We will reach 12 destinations on our trek and when we reach each destination we have puzzles, challenges, fun facts and videos of the destinations.
It is £5 per person to join the challenge and that money is donated to our local community charity.

We have done the diet that starts Sunday night, finishes Monday lunch. Perhaps you have tried other methods of losing weight - food supplements, fasting, the 12 months subscription to the gym membership you have used 3 times since you signed up.
Try out our fortnightly Slimmers club, with weight check ins, nutrition advice and guided relaxation geared towards weight loss. You will be supported by Strivers with similar goals and guidance from our Strive team who have been trained in relaxation techniques.
1-2-1 Support When You Need It*
Sometimes we try to learn and make sense of it ourselves but life gets in the way and it gets a bit hazy. You might not feel that you have anybody to share or a challenge that you don't feel comfortable sharing with others. We are here to listen to you.
Any information shared in our 121 sessions is completely confidential, we do not share your information with any third party or employer if you are a member through your work. Our aim is to help you make sense of what you are feeling, and guide you to information that will support that.

In 2020, the average time a person spends on social media is 2hours 24 daily. That's 10% of the total time you get in a day. How about spending some of that time to check out our Facebook Group? We have fortnightly activities, polls and hints and tips to help you along your journey - not to mention our supportive Strivers for encouragement.
