Any information shared in our 121 sessions is completely confidential. We do not share your information with any third party or teacher. Our aim is to help you make sense of what you are feeling and understand how to deal with it so you can live your best life. 

Step 4: Attend Groups & Events 

 Energise 

Join us for our weekly group session, Energise. We focus on sleep, exercise, and nutrition - whether that be losing/gaining weight or just learning to be accepting and comfortable with your body - with each session focusing on a new theme. 
 
We will share different techniques on what you can do to improve your eating habits and a way to keep your body healthy. 
 
This will be followed by a guided relaxation to help you absorb what you have learnt, whilst your conscious is being whisked away from the distractions of the day. 
 

Refocus  

Once a fortnight members can access our live online events. With a different expert speaker every fortnight, Strivers can expect to gain knowledge on a whole host of different topics from several industries. Speakers will hold topic-specific bitesize masterclasses which are tailored to suit our Strive ethos and help members on their journey. 
 
Topics include: 
Energy and nutrition 
Finances and setting goals 
Mindfulness and managing emotions 
Connecting to nature and the outdoors 
Managing work/life balance and conflict resolution
